If material or manufacturing faults that are considered to constitute a warranty claim occur during the warranty period, Hama GmbH & Co KG will resolve the fault free of charge by repairing the goods or replacing them a product that Hama GmbH & Co KG deems to be equivalent.
The warranty we provide is in addition to the statutory rights to a warranty free of charge, for which any claim must be directed to the seller of your product.
Likewise, any statutory rights you have to a warranty free of charge from us remain unaffected by this warranty promise.

Practical and ergonomic

The "Gigant" universal base for washing machines, dryers and other appliances

Bending or crouching down to load or unload laundry — does your back hurt just thinking about it? Now, the Xavax base is here to help relieve the strain. The base positions your washing machine or dryer at an ergonomic height so that you can easily load and unload your household appliances. Your spine, intervertebral discs and neck will thank you for it. And standing tall at 50 centimetres, the "Gigant" washing machine base cabinet certainly lives up to its name!


Benefit from extra storage space

With the Xavax washing machine base, you can make optimal use of the space in the kitchen, bathroom or laundry room. The base includes an open storage compartment that you can access from all four sides. Detergent, fabric softener, iron and many other utensils can be stored neatly and compactly in the spacious compartment.

Our tip: There are two options for installing the partition. If you want to store smaller laundry accessories such as clothes pegs and dryer balls in the compartment, we recommend installing the partition with the 4 cm rim facing up. This will ensure that nothing tumbles out of the compartment. This installation option also provides a storage area with a height of 37 cm at a distance of 8 cm from the floor.

Or would you rather the compartment was installed at a greater distance from the floor? If so, simply attach the shelf with the rim facing down. This provides a ground clearance of 12 cm and a storage compartment with a height of 33 cm.

Stability and improved noise levels

Is your floor a bit uneven or slightly crooked? This is not a problem. The washing machine pedestal is equipped with feet that are suitable for all floor coverings and can easily level out small height differences of up to 1 cm. In addition, the rubber attachments on the feet reliably prevent your washing machine or dryer from slipping during operation. Even better, the base dampens the resulting vibrations and reduces the noise from the machine.

Protecting your floor and household appliances

By placing your washing machine on the washing machine base frame, your appliance is elevated and protected from damp or any water overflowing from the outlet. At the same time, the open construction of the base allows a clear view of the floor underneath the appliance. This means you can quickly spot any leaks, shut off the water supply and the appliance and wipe up the water to prevent damage to the flooring.

A variety of uses

The washing machine base measures 60 cm by 60 cm. These dimensions are compatible with all conventional washing machines and dryers. The base can also be used for various other household appliances and can bear loads of up to 150 kilos. Note for Consumers

Essentially, the height-adjustable feet should only be adjusted on one side in order to compensate for unevenness in the floor. The adjusted feet should not be unscrewed by any more than 1 cm.
